At least nine universities in Taiwan now offer semiconductor-focused degree programs — mostly postgraduate. Since 2024, National Taiwan University (NTU), one of the island’s top institutions, offers an undergraduate program taught in English for international students who want to hit the ground running.
What does the curriculum include and why focus on international students? We speak with Jiun-Haw Lee (李君浩), director of NTU’s Global Undergraduate Program in Semiconductors (GUPS).
