One of My Best PDX Spotting Days Yet! Cathay 747-8F, Hawaiian A330, Condor A330neo & More

If you're a fan of variety, this spotting session at Portland International Airport (PDX) has a little bit of everything! This video features an impressive lineup of passenger jets, cargo aircraft, and special liveries. From a Hawaiian Airlines Airbus A330 arrival and departure to the incredible sight of a Cathay Pacific Boeing 747-8F touching down at PDX, there was never a dull moment during this spotting adventure. Prime Air was well represented with an Airbus A330 Freighter arrival and a Boeing 737-800BCF departure, showcasing two very different cargo aircraft during the session. American Airlines also provided a unique opportunity to compare two Airbus A321ceos powered by different engine types, one equipped with CFM engines and the other with IAE engines. Special liveries always get my attention, and this session didn't disappoint. Alaska Airlines' Boeing 737-900ER in the striking oneworld livery made an appearance, followed by Horizon Air's beautiful Embraer E175LR wearing the airline's iconic Retro Livery. Rounding out the international traffic, a Condor Airbus A330neo departed Portland while the massive Cathay Pacific 747-8F arrived to cap off an outstanding day of spotting.
