While some rooms still await brickwork due to a delay in brick delivery, we're making the most of our time by initiating the first fix of electrical works, focusing primarily on tubing. Our collaboration with the client is ongoing as we strategize funding for the next phase. Before we can advance to plumbing, door, and window installations, our immediate priority is fitting the doors, window frames, and roof. These essential components will not only secure the structure but also pave the way for the interior work to commence.
