He started his career in retail banking with Deutsche Bank before transitioning into IT, where he worked as a Business Analyst, Tester, and Test Manager, eventually moving into leadership roles. Over the years, he has taken on responsibilities as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Project Manager, and Agile leader within the Information Security space. Currently, he leads a chapter of Architects & Agile Masters and actively contributes to driving Agile transformation at scale within a large enterprise environment. With certifications including Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Program Consultant, ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, and PRINCE2, Björn brings deep, real-world insights into career transitions and Agile ways of working.
