Hi guys 🤍 In this video, I’m sharing my real new-grad RN mock interview experienc////my nerves, the questions I was asked, the answers I gave, the feedback I received, and what I learned from it. I did not want to show a “perfect” interview. I wanted to show the honest side of practicing: feeling nervous, not knowing if an answer is good enough, learning how to organize your thoughts, and figuring out what to improve before a real RN residency interview. The mock interviewer asked me common new-grad nursing interview questions, including “Tell me about yourself,” “What is your greatest strength?” and a clinical question about caring for a difficult patient. I share how I answered and the advice I received to make my answers clearer, more confident, and more professional.
