"Son of David, Have Mercy" - Original Song

*Son Of David, Have Mercy — joedirt Songs* Inspired by the biblical account of blind Bartimaeus in Mark 10:46–52. Bartimaeus sat beside the road, unable to see, but he knew who Jesus was. When others tried to silence him, he cried out even louder, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” Jesus heard his cry, restored his sight, and Bartimaeus followed Him. This song is about more than physical blindness. It's about faith, perseverance, and recognizing our need for God's mercy. We may not see Jesus with our physical eyes today, but we can still call upon Him, knowing He hears us. The world may try to silence our faith, but we should never stop calling on Jesus. *Keep the faith. Keep calling. Keep following.* Thank you for listening!
