“You Never Let Me Go” is a deeply personal song and the testimony of my own life. It tells the story of a lost child who grew up carrying pain, anger and fear, but who was welcomed into a loving family and given a home, a family and a chance to grow. Through the years came wounded dreams, difficult choices, mistakes, loss, trials and moments when everything seemed to fall apart. Yet, even when I did not know God or understand His presence, He was already there. Through the love of my family and friends, through the people He placed on my path, and through the trials I faced, I gradually discovered His light and learned to forgive, seek peace, love, be grateful and value what truly matters. This song is my testimony: a story of faith, family, forgiveness, hope and redemption. It is a reminder that even when we feel lost, even when we fall or turn away, God does not abandon us. His hand remains upon us, and He can prepare a new beginning where we thought everything was over.
