Drop it in the comments! As we head into the Halloween season, I wanted to put together a Halloween themed ambience based on the Weathervane Cafe of Jericho from the Wednesday series. I've always thought this cafe looked cosy, and thought it would look great decorated for Halloween. I love the direction of the music score in the series and felt it was only right to create some original Halloween music that captures the flow and dynamics of an orchestral score, helping to tie the ambience more closely to the world of Jericho. The music has been colourised with analogue gear and gently worn to soften the high frequencies, providing a smoother listening experience against the backdrop of heavy rain hitting the windows. The aim was to create something that feels like you could sit inside the cafe on a rainy Halloween evening, with the music and atmosphere of the room carrying the experience. I know it's been a while since my last upload, but I'm still around, working on things little by little. I've been putting together some interesting ambient concepts for you guys that I'm looking forward to sharing once they're complete. I'm really happy with how these ideas are taking shape sonically, and it's made me want to try and improve the quality of the videos they're going to get paired with. What's taken the most time is learning how to improve my video creation and editing to achieve what I imagine when creating my soundscapes. I hope you enjoy this Wednesday inspired Halloween ambience, and as always, thank you for listening. 🎃 ℹ️ About This Video This Halloween ambience takes you inside the Weathervane Café in Jericho, inspired by the gothic world of the Wednesday series. Set during a rainy Halloween evening, the café is filled with warm lighting, Halloween decorations, atmospheric rain and an original gothic orchestral soundtrack inspired by the musical style of the series. The ambience combines gentle café atmosphere, heavy rain against the windows and evolving orchestral music to create a cosy yet slightly mysterious setting. It's designed as a relaxing background for reading, studying, working, sleeping or simply escaping into the world of Jericho for a while. If you enjoy Wednesday, gothic ambience, Halloween ambience, cosy café environments, rain sounds, atmospheric music and immersive soundscapes, I hope this gives you somewhere atmospheric to spend some time. AI tools were used to achieve the lighting, however the final scene has been extensively edited and animated by hand. The visual elements took many hours to create, including the pumpkin faces, flickering lights, falling rain, candle flames and Halloween decorations, with each element individually timed and refined to decorate the café in the way I had in mind. ℹ️ About IMMERSIVE DREAMSCAPES: I create immersive soundscapes to help guide you into the vast, uncharted realms of the mind.
