Hello Everyone... I'm back with another Sylheti Special. This one is known as Tenga or Katta. This dish is famous amongst all Bangladeshi household especially with the kids. The tangy zesty tomatoes and the delicate big chunks of fish. We usually use this dish to get our children into eating more fish. Do try and give this dish a chance in the kitchen.
