Member Spotlight: Khrys Maxwell 🎸 At 55 years young and over 13 years into his CrossFit journey (since May 2013!), Khrys knows a thing or two about longevity, balance, and what keeps you coming back to the whiteboard. Between running an agave spirits career, owning a guitar shop in Encinitas, and balancing life with tacos, tequila, and an unapologetic love for classic PB&J on white bread, he shows up day after day. When asked what CrossFit gave him that he couldn't do before, his answer wasn't just pull-ups or Olympic lifts: 👉 Accountability. Showing up on time. Mental fortitude.
