This hack swaps playable characters with bosses, which affects who you fight in the Endgame. That alone made me attempt and record a Journey-type of challenge. If you like FE7, or if playing as bandits, corrupt nobles and morphs sounds cool to you, then this romhack is right up your alley. White Wolf of the Four Fangs, son of Brendan Reed and older brother/step-brother of Linus and Nino respectively, Lloyd is a strong and cool-headed fighter, though little else is known about him. His Swordmaster class alone, which is normally exclusive to Sacaeans, speaks for itself, but his unique sprites are among my favorite in the GBA games. Easily one of my favorite non-playable characters in Fire Emblem, though not number 1 because Idunn has great story and themes. Same with the likes of Hardin, Arvis and Berkut. As for the run, the footage speaks for itself. No rng manipulation was necessary, though the Blue Dragon can be an issue if too few crits are rolled. With 6 Elixir uses and assuming no dodges, you can land 15 hits before dying, meaning that only 2 critical hits are necessary to kill the dragon. The rest is easily handled with Silver Blade and Wo Dao/Killing Edge, while occasionally healing with the Runesword. Ironically, only Nino posed a real threat. Also, Jaffar's AI lets him steal items if able to, which is hilarious. #fireemblem #gaming #lloyd
