Fixing a trashed 4-Speed Black & Decker Drill

Today we explore and repair this Black and Decker model 1240 10mm 4 Speed Drill found in the road side waste collection. It seems a lose wire resultig from a lack of strain relief was probbly causing intermittent or no connection to the switch.
