*An old but healthy beast!* Redline V119LGC Volvo B7TL Alexander ALX 400 on route 110

Here we see Redline V119LGC, a Volvo B7TL Alexander ALX 400. This bus was new to GAL London Central in January 2000 as their AVL19. After being withdrawn from London service, It would move to Redline around 2014, where it would be converted to single door operation, and is still operating with the company 17 years later. While it is definitely showing its age visually both inside and out, how it sounds rather surprised me. I was expecting a loud hoover, but what I got was an unexpected healthy and beastly sounding Volvo D7C. This is also one of the last mid-staircase double-decker buses operating in the UK.
