Some days work feels easy. Other days, even getting started feels like a fight. I don't think the answer is forcing yourself to perform at 100% every day. In this conversation, I share what I actually do when motivation is low: accepting the day you're having, choosing one task that would still make the day productive, creating momentum with smaller actions, using deadlines without creating unnecessary pressure, and rewarding yourself for doing the work. We also get into a deeper part of motivation that most productivity advice misses: belief. Because sometimes the problem isn't that you don't know what to do or don't want the result badly enough. It's that some part of you isn't convinced you can actually get there. If you have days where you know what needs to be done but can't get yourself moving, this conversation is for you 00:00 What to do when you don't feel like working 01:24 Stop fighting low-motivation days 02:09 Start with what feels doable 04:14 Pick the one task that makes the day productive 05:47 Rediscover what actually motivates you 07:29 Use deadlines without creating pressure 12:18 Reward yourself for doing the work 17:28 The missing piece of motivation 21:52 Why belief changes motivation 22:46 How to strengthen belief when you're stuck #motivation #productivity #entrepreneurship #businessmindset #procrastination
