Inside the "most dangerous" neighborhood in Honduras to find its other story | Rivera Hernandez, SPS

During the 2010s, the Rivera Hernandez neighborhood of San Pedro Sula was considered the most dangerous neighborhood in Honduras. Six street gangs fought for territory and carried out massacres in broad daylight. Hundreds of families left the area due to threats and extortions, leaving behind “ghost towns” within Rivera.
