Respiratory virus season continues to evolve, bringing new recommendations, changing epidemiology, and updated prevention strategies. Join us for an evidence-based review of the latest developments in pediatric RSV, influenza, and COVID-19 for the 2026–2027 respiratory virus season. This webinar examined current trends in pediatric respiratory infections, identified children at greatest risk for severe disease, and review the latest guidance on vaccination, prevention, and treatment. Presented By: Tracie Newman, MD, MPH, FAAP Tracie Newman, MD, MPH, FAAP is a board-certified pediatrician and previously served as Health Officer of the City of Fargo. At NDSU, she is an Associate Professor of Practice in the Department of Public Health and medical director of the Center for Immunization Research and Education (CIRE). She is also an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. Dr. Newman received her medical training at the University of North Dakota and completed a pediatrics residency and obtained a masters degree in public health at the University of Minnesota. She was an elected member to the Executive Committee and served as Policy Chair for the Council on School Health for the American Academy of Pediatrics.
