It's Dussehra! Time to Buy Jalebi Fafda 😋🎉

આજે તો જલેબી-ફાફડા ખાવા જ પડશે! 😍🎉 Dussehra means festive vibes, traditions, and, for many Gujaratis, delicious jalebi-fafda! ❤️ So come along with me as I head out to buy this Gujarati festive favourite and capture the experience using my Oakley Meta Glasses. 🕶️📸 ✨ WHAT IS DUSSEHRA? Dussehra, also known as Vijayadashami, is an important Hindu festival celebrated on the tenth day after Navratri. It symbolises the victory of good over evil. According to the Ramayana, Lord Rama defeated the ten-headed demon king Ravana to rescue Goddess Sita. In many parts of India, people celebrate this victory by organising Ramlila performances and burning effigies of Ravana. In eastern India, the day also marks Goddess Durga's victory over the demon Mahishasura. Celebrations vary across different regions, but the message remains the same: good always triumphs over evil. 🙏✨ 🪔 HOW DO WE CELEBRATE DUSSEHRA? People celebrate Dussehra by offering prayers, visiting temples, spending time with family, enjoying festive food, and participating in local celebrations. And when it comes to Gujarat, one of the most loved festive food traditions is enjoying crispy fafda with delicious jalebi! 😋 For many Gujarati families, jalebi-fafda is more than just food; it's a tradition that makes Dussehra feel special. So, let's head out and bring home some delicious jalebi-fafda! 🧡 🕶️ VIDEO RECORDED USING: Device: Oakley Meta Glasses Product information: Oakley Meta Glasses feature a built-in camera that lets you capture moments hands-free from your own point of view. 📹 A NOTE ABOUT VIDEO QUALITY: Oakley Meta Glasses record video in portrait orientation ( by default ), and I couldn't record this footage directly in landscape mode. Since YouTube videos are usually filmed in landscape format, I had to crop and zoom in on the original footage to fit the widescreen frame. Because of this, some parts of this video may look less sharp than usual. However, the original videos saved directly to my phone have excellent quality! ❤️ 🎵 MUSIC CREDIT: Song: Groove on the Go Source: VN VideoEditor 📱 LET'S CONNECT ON INSTAGRAM!
