Multi-Pass Weld Inspection - TEMATE IWW

Innerspec is proud to offer the first system for in-process inspection of individual layers on multi-pass welds. The proprietary guided wave technique permits inspecting the last layer deposited from the root to the weld overlay and detect surface and internal voids, cracks, inclusions and lack of fusion at temperatures of up to 200C. This technique is available for automated systems or manual inspection using our TEMATE PowerBox H instrument.
