Your Inner Child Is Tired of Being Silenced — Let’s Set Them Free | ASMR Reiki Inner Child Healing

A soft, (and silly LOL), healing session filmed in a field to help reconnect you to the part of yourself that just wants to be free, happy, and seen :D Your inner child isn’t gone... they’ve just been ignored under all the pressure and overthinking. This is your permission to listen to what they need, and do the stuff that actually lights you up again :D Breathe. Laugh a little. Be weird. They’re waiting for you :D Thanks so much for watching! :D Like + subscribe if this hit your soul — I post daily tarot, energy reiki & tarot for your growth. #innerchildhealing #reiki #asmr #energyhealing #innerchild #shadowwork
