There are benefits to doing things in a scuffed manner, but they require some explanation. Theoretically this is actually a really massive power jump at the cost of a lot of your mainland items, but I plan to scuff this to completion If you want early access to promoted units, Bestrals, and generic Runic-esque weaponry, this is the place to do it. It's pretty tricky to pull off on Expert, but this should be an absolute breeze if there's no item limit on other difficulties like folks keep telling me.. If this format ends up being even half acceptable, I will be able to fit in the Tactics Ogre Reborn runs I meant to do, but couldn't find time for.
