Bellerive Garbage and Green Waste - New Cleanaway Contract #SL01654 & #SL01659

Cleanaway has had the Clarence City Council contract about 3 or 4 months ago now after they won it over Veolia. They purchased quite a few 2022 Euro 6 Iveco Acco/Stralis’ with Bucher Sport Gen6 bodies. They also bought down a Dennis Spak Series 4 from South Aus and a single axle Euro 4 Acco Spak Series 2 from Queensland. Filming these trucks has been on my bucket list ever since they won the contract. So last Wednesday, I got down to Bellerive and almost immediately found SL01654 on a side street, and the driver was cool with me being around. I saw #SL01659 along Clarence Street collecting Green Waste so I crossed the street and filmed it for a few bins. On the way back I saw a Cleanaway Volvo rear loader, so I got a drive by of that. I got a good amount of footage of #SL01654 afterwards in the hills, so that will be uploaded at a later date as part 2. Glad to have got a good amount of footage of some trucks that haven’t been filmed very much, although wish I had found the Dennis and the series 2 but not too disappointed as I didn’t think I would. Enjoy and cheers for watching!
