Ranking Supervillains By Their Headquarters

Last time we ranked the heroes’ houses. This time it’s the villains, and they had MORE money, no HOA... probably less laws to oblige to and somehow did worse. A volcano with a rocket in it. A swimming pool two hundred feet under Park Avenue. A whole universe with a toilet in the corner of every cell. An abandoned ice cream factory shaped like a snowman’s head!!!
