Savage Model 5 Bolt Action .22 Rifle: History, Description, Test Fire and Review.

I review the Savage Model 5 tube fed .22 rimfire rifle. I look at the history of Savage bolt action rifles leading up to this model then look at it's features. I study and discuss it's British proof marks and roughly date it to show that it was most likely sent to the United Kingdom during World War 2 as part of the Lend Lease program as a trainer rifle for British troops. I then take it out and do some shooting to show it's function and accuracy shooting .22 short, long and long rifle cartridges.
