Don't let Name Tags hijack you.

Sometimes big institution names or school names create a sense of superiority among the alumni which keep them stagnant in their growth because they believe that they can never commit mistakes in life. Such people are mostly dislikes, not preferred in business and often pushed back. Therefore it is very important to keep your personality above the name tags and let the name tag proud of you on your achievement. #mindset #pride #growthmindset #personaldevelopment
