We Didn’t Catch Exactly What We Wanted… But Sturgeon Bay Still Delivered ‪@Thermfishing‬

Me and @Thermfishing finally link up for the first time and hit the ice in Sturgeon Bay at 5:30 AM chasing walleye and perch. The plan was walleyes… but the fish had other ideas. We saw a couple walleyes on the ice, landed a few quality perch, and then got absolutely swarmed by tiny ones. Tough bite, early morning, and a lot of patience — but still an awesome first trip fishing together. Even when we didn’t catch what we wanted, days like this remind me why I love fishing. Sometimes the grind, the sunrise, and good company matter more than the limit.
