Stumpy #118 - Diamond Mill OHV | Tillamook State Forest

Stump #118 is a blue intermediate trail based out of diamond mill, closest connecting trail is arrowhead and then loops over towards elk wallow as well. This trail is fairly quick and can be ridden in either direction. Its roughly 1.2 miles. There is a black diamond downhill portion that is about halfway down and connects to deer fence trail #71
