The Superstition Mountains after rain are truly magical! I started out the day heading toward Massacre Falls, stopping to admire the little streams flowing along the way. The falls were only trickling, but still beautiful. After climbing on top, I decided to continue on to Flatiron from there on an off-trail route called "Reverse Flatiron". I have hiked to Flatiron from Canyon of the Waterfalls before, but this was my first time from this route!
