Rebekah at the Well Bible Story: Isaac's Bride in Genesis 24 | Christian Animation

One aging servant, ten camels, and a nearly impossible mission: find a wife for his master's son. This Rebekah at the well Bible story follows Genesis 24 verse by verse: Abraham's oath, the servant's prayer for a sign, and the young woman who came out with her pitcher on her shoulder. Episode 14 of our Christian animation series on the Book of Genesis follows Genesis 24:1–33 in the words of the King James Bible. We hear Abraham's charge to his eldest servant, the journey to the city of Nahor, the water Rebekah drew for ten thirsty camels, and why the old man refused to eat until he had told his errand. Genesis explained slowly, close to the text. 📖 Scripture: Genesis 24:1–33 (KJV) Previous episode: Abraham and Isaac Bible Story: The Greatest Test of Faith | Genesis 22–23 –    • Abraham and Isaac Bible Story: The Greates...   Next episode: Rebekah and Isaac Bible Story: “I Will Go” | Genesis 24 | Christian Animation –    • Rebekah and Isaac Bible Story: “I Will Go”...   Chapters: 0:00 One servant, ten camels, one mission 0:54 Abraham grows old 1:48 “Go to my country and my kindred” 3:07 The oath under the thigh 3:30 Ten camels set out for Mesopotamia 4:19 The well at evening 4:42 The servant's prayer for a sign 5:38 Rebekah comes out with her pitcher 6:41 Water for ten camels 7:36 The gifts and the question 8:23 The servant bows and worships 8:53 Laban runs to the well 9:33 “Come in, thou blessed of the LORD” 10:07 “I will not eat, until I have told mine errand” 10:39 True character in small things 10:52 What comes next “And the man bowed down his head, and worshipped the LORD.” – Genesis 24:26 (KJV) Every episode of this Christian animation series follows the Bible text closely, so these animated Bible stories work well for families, Sunday school and Genesis Bible study groups. ▶ Watch the whole series in order in the Book of Genesis playlist on our channel. 🔔 Subscribe for a new Christian animation episode as we walk through the Old Testament stories in order. 💬 Rebekah gave more than anyone asked of her.
