Ian Hayles is the People's National Party's Western Westmoreland Member of Parliament and one of its four Vice President since 2020. In his speech, Hayles criticised the conditions in Westmoreland, seemingly to forget that the PNP had controlled Westmoreland for 31 unbroken years and that the PNP had been government for 22 of those years.
