Stardust Speedway - Sonic CD (Present, JP) x Sonic Mania Act 2 (Mashup)

Requested by Super Sonic Time and Funkeh the Elegant Dong. (First time I've ever had two people ask for the same thing :P) This was an odd one to make... I had to extend the intro of the Sonic Mania version, and then I had to cut off a lot of both versions because they simply wouldn't mash.
