Caller number 3 Low IQ Behaviour - part 1

Apologies for the sound. Caller number 3 causing trouble way back in 2020. He was delivering a hand written signed letter which looked like it was written by a child, with utterly ridiculous accusations. This note is important as in 2026 he wrote another note entitled "Lazy Piece of Shit" which appeared as a complaint in the Bestuurlijke Reportage and it was stated that I had written the note and put it under his door. After a handwriting comparison with Chat GPT, surprise surprise, the same person wrote both notes. This has been the same pattern since 2020 with caller number 3 creating his own evidence. It is also important to know that this resulted in the first police visit associated with these ongoing problems and it is noted that this police visit has not been recorded on the police computer system and I have proof of this. The visit on the 23rd August was the first illegal police visit.
