Building a Tech Startup? Detroit Wants You Here

Detroit has the ideas, talent and infrastructure to grow the next generation of startups. The Detroit Startup Fund is helping make sure entrepreneurs have access to the early-stage capital they need to build here, too. The goal is to make Detroit a place where entrepreneurs and tech startups can incubate their ideas, build their companies and grow without feeling like they have to leave for traditional startup hubs in California, Texas or elsewhere. The fund supports Detroit-based startups and founders building scalable, venture-backable companies with products or services that can improve quality of life for Detroit residents, have potential civic uses or enhance the delivery of city services and operations.
