This is very, very common, especially if you’re focusing on learning conjugations or memorizing long lists of vocabulary. In most cases, this is because you expect spoken French to be the same as written French… when in reality, they’re almost two different languages. In today’s lesson, I want to show you some examples of this in practice. My goal is for you to understand in which ways spoken French is different from written French, so you can start noticing the differences for yourself.
