Three children draw the height of the same triangle, and get three different lines. Which one is right? All three: a triangle has three altitudes, one from each vertex, sometimes outside the triangle. Check that a triangle with sides 20, 15 and 7 cm gives 42 cm² three times, whichever altitude you use; then find a missing altitude yourself.
