Pershore 10K: The things you do for a PLUM!

My running targets have been all over the place this year! Like all of us, the hot weather has slowed us down and I’ve skipped some runs too. When I originally booked the Pershore Plum 10K I had a PB attempt in mind as the course is very flat! But the reality is I have much more work to do.
