Covered 400 kms on the first day of our ride. Munsiyari travel series EP 1

This video is the first episode of our MUNSIYARI travel series, in which we covered a total distance of 400 kms from kanpur to tanakpur. We started our journey at 1100 hrs from Kanpur and in between crossed Kannauj, Bilgram, Sandi, Shahabad, Shahajahanpur, Katra, Faridpur, Bisalpur, Philbhit and finally reached at Tanakpur at around 2100 hrs.            Tanakpur is a small town of Uttarakhand which share international border with  the Nepal. The connectivity to this city is super easy, you can come here with the train as well as by bus also.  The stay and food option here comes under affordable price. And from here onward you can easily find the bus and sharing taxis towards Pithoragarh, Dharchula, Munsiyari etc. This city also very popular for the Purnagiri temple, a major shakti peeth located 3000 fts above sea level and large number of devotees gather here during the time of Chaitra Navratri mela.
