Sonic Adventure 2: Trial Version - (May 3rd, 2001 Demo/Prototype)

Sonic Adventure 2: Trial Version (Not be confused with The Trial demo) is a demo that was given to some Japanese Stores. This build was built on May 3rd, 2001, less than a month before the final version. Differences (there isn't a lot tho however they still give a useful insight during the last month of development): The audio for the opening intro has a longer start and is missing that second metallic thud near the end. The title screen has text on the bottom left indicating that it's indeed a Trial Version. You can also only play as Sonic and Shadow in this demo. None of Sonic's and Shadow's upgrades can be found in their stages. There isn't a trail of rings leading to the upgrade in Radical Highway. There is a one up monitor in the same area in place of the upgrade itself. more differences here: https://tcrf.net/Proto:Sonic_Adventur...
