Raw: The Peace Tower carillon honours Queen Elizabeth’s landmark reign

To mark the time when Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will become the longest-reigning monarch in our country’s recent history, the Dominion Carillonneur, Dr. Andrea McCrady, performed a 30-minute recital at the Peace Tower Carillon on Parliament Hill.
