Biggest problem with UNH3: It ends with the battle between Jiraya and Pain, so no Sage Naruto... and not even Almighty Push for Pain. One of my favorite Naruto games with completely broken attacks. It's most fun if you turn Ultimates off and give characters much HP. Setting Handicaps is just one of many options. Characters can use the jutsus of other characters, which is kinda funny. Most characters can e.g. use Ino's flower throw.
