Once the biggest Carnival in the whole of Uganda has come back this year 2025. Kampala city Festival has come back bigger and better. It has steadily become a cornerstone event for the city's landscape and social calendar. In this video I'm showing the street Carnival drive before taken to the ceremonial grounds.
