Matthew 10:8 - Authority to raise the dead, is it for believers today?

In Matthew chapter 10, when the LORD JESUS gave authority to drive out evil spirits and to heal every disease and sickness - to whom was this authority given to? Verse 8: "Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons .." Was the authority given to all believers or only for the 12? Speaker: John Hazra
