Wu Style Taijiquan Fast Form

This video shows the rare "fast set" of Wu style Taijiquan. This set was intended to be trained for actual combat. By training Taijiquan at a faster pace students can learn to use Taijiquan in a real fight more realistically. This instruction also contains rare qigong of the form revealing the internal energy flow that must be mastered inside the body. I personally like to think of this set of Wu Taijiquan as the Thunder style of the system. This is because of it's neigong development of raising the yin qi up from the earth into and around the body. If these secret qigong forms are practiced seriously then the yin energy can be used in the form aka the empty force ability.
