Today's Downtown Walking Tour brings us to Owosso, the largest city in Shiawassee County, which sits on the edge of The Shiawassee River. West of Flint and Northeast of Lansing, this is the largest of this small town series so far. A very comfortable Saturday afternoon in late November makes for some perfect walking conditions.
