ALEXANDRA ALEXANDRIDIS-LOVELL | The “Citizen of Nowhere” Who Found Her Home in Australia

Alexandra Alexandridis-Lovell was born in Thessaloniki in 1946 and migrated to Australia with her family at the age of seven. After arriving aboard the Anna Salen and beginning life at Bonegilla, the family settled in Melbourne, where Alexandra became an art teacher and raised her own family. Australia became her home, but her connection to Greece never faded.
