Jurassic World Dominion Looks Awful

The trailer for Jurassic World: Dominion dropped this week. And it looks terrible. Jurassic World was bad, Fallen Kingdom was worse; but they've managed to cram about as much nonsense into a two minute trailer for Dominion as they did the entirety of the last two films. What has happened to modern movie writing? Why do all our films view thought as the enemy? Why could we produce better, more intelligent films showing much more talent thirty years ago than today? How did we get from Jurassic Park to this?
