Best Marriage Proposal Ever: Groom Pops Question at South Street Spring Festival

Freddie Pantalone proposed to Erika Tartaglini at South Street Spring Festival on Saturday, May 3, 2014. Dancers from the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts surprised the big crowds -- and the bride -- by erupting in a choreographed dance routine that pulled what looked to be an innocent bystander up to dance with them. Freddie was in on the act as he then came down the aisle as all the students got on one knee. They all then danced their way to the bride as her family and friends showered them with flowers. As she said yes thousands of people cheered them on! South Street Spring Festival attracted 40,000 people this year. The event is held annually on the first Saturday in May by South Street Headhouse District.
