Why It Always Gets Worse Before It Gets Better

This episode is the framework nobody explains when they tell you to set intentions. I talk about why the first thing that shows up after you set a powerful intention is everything that doesn’t match it. How to stay open instead of collapsing back into the old belief when the friction arrives. Why the frustration comes before the breakthrough every single time without exception. What happened seven days after I set the intention I am heard when a LinkedIn post I almost didn’t write hit 30,000 impressions and hundreds of people clicked through to my new strategic advisory page. And how to give your mind a job that keeps you moving toward the new belief instead of spinning in the evidence against it. Frustration isn't a sign it’s not working. It’s a sign you have just decided something new and your old world is catching up. If you have a question about where you are stuck in your own transformation, find me using one of the links below.
