Transmit / Unlock Yaesu FT-70D - MARS MOD

A quick and simple tutorial on how to unlock your Yaesu FT-70D to transmit out of band for emergency purposes or for CAP / MARS. DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you closely above the resistor we removed, I almost lost another resistor in the process... REMEMBER: Back up your settings before doing this mod.
