Episode 143 – A Big Week at Lélas! Another busy week renovating our abandoned French farm, with a major milestone as Amaury finally completes the last of the three timber roof trusses for our first building renovation! After all the careful woodworking, measuring and assembling, the final truss is finished, bringing us one step closer to getting a roof back over this old stone building. Meanwhile, Nati is busy outside, clearing overgrown areas, strimming and getting Lélas looking its best as we prepare for a lovely visit from family and friends. And, of course, life on the farm wouldn't be complete without our four-legged companions! This week, we introduce our lovely Labrador Mollie to the kittens, Comté, Brie and Bleu. With three curious little characters and one very patient dog, there's never a dull moment around here! From traditional timber framing and restoring old stone buildings to gardening, animals and everyday life in the French countryside, we're slowly bringing our 200-year-old farm back to life, one project at a time.
