EINKORN WHEAT-Threshed the OLD WAY-Antique STEAM TRACTOR and THRESHER Lancaster County's Amish Land

Using a steam tractor and an antique thresher we watch as the Old Order Amish of Lancaster County thresh one of the most ancient grains grown by man...Einkorn Wheat. The wheat has been bound into sheaves in the field and is being collected on wagons. From there it will it will be brought to the thresher to be threshed and gathered to be ground later into Einkorn wheat flour.
